MEMBER BENEFITS AND BOOKING RULES

Members:

  • Will be offered a discounted rate on accommodation providing they book a minimum of 1day per year for 5years or 5 days per 1 year

  • Membership(Booking fees/date allocations) should be paid upfront, and the Confirmation fees on/prior to arrival

  • Member bookings will work on a first come first serve basis thereafter on a rotational base over the 5 year period to provide equal opportunity to different members to book prime dates, on a first come- first serve basis
  • Once a date is booked by any Member, it can not be changed except by approval of  the  booked member
  • Members who books dates over a 5 year period will not be affected by  annual (inflation based)price increases
  • Membership will be renewable after each 5year or 1year term by the member
  • Members will have the first right of refusal on dates available at time of purchase, there after member bookings and or extra bookings can also be made at the manager’s office, according to availability.
  • Once a member, the member will also be eligible to book extra dates at the members rate, according to availability
  •  A member may use the facility for any corporate or private purpose, (including family breakaways, meetings, conferences, director’s breakaways, incentives, weddings ect. which is commonly and morally acceptable and approved by the manager.)
  • The lodge is a Self catering facility, with the option of Catering or other ,with prior arrangement with the manager. (Per Quote) for ex. Catering , Champaign breakfasts, daytrips, airport transfers game drives, river rafting, quad-biking, boat-trips, scenic drives and other, to suit different special occasions, and to offer maximum flexibility to the members needs when using the facility.(All the activities can be obtained from our website and can be arranged by the manager prior to arrival .(An annual pricelist will be available at the managers office)
